Free shipping on all orders to the UK mainland

 Goods are normally delivered within 7 - 10 days of cleared payment, however, 
 certain items may take longer  due to various circumstances beyond our control.
 In that case we will contact you and explain the situation and give you the option 
 under our terms and conditions to cancel your order and have a full refund of 
 your monies. Northern Fires Limited will not take any responsibility for any 
 delivery delays which are beyond our control, therefore we will not compensate
 anyone under these circumstances. We strongly advise you to arrange any fittings
 after you have received your goods and you are happy with them.
 
We deliver straight to your door using either our own delivery vans or by a
 specialised national delivery company. We are sorry that we cannot specify
 an AM or PM delivery.
 
 Smaller items may be delivered using local parcel services such as Royal Mail.
 
 Customers wishing to collect from us may do so from our own shop between the 
 following opening times. Mon - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm, 
 Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 11:00am - 3:00pm.
 
 Delivery of goods will be to the United Kingdom mainland addresses only. We reserve
 the right to refuse delivery to some specific postcodes even after we have accepted 
 your order.

 Delivery of goods will go to the address you have specified in your order.
 Orders are processed usually within 24 hours, therefore, if you change your mind about 
 the delivery address you have to notify us straight away because if the goods are on 
 the way to you it will be too late and you will have to pay the costs for re-delivery.
 Northern Fires Limited will not accept responsibility for mistakes which may occur with
 mistaken addresses or late changes. We fully comply with the distance selling 
 regulations and it does not affect your statutory rights.
